Which External Filter?

Hi everyone - first post here.

I've got a Juwel Rekord 96 and I want to change the internal filter to an external one (to make more space and also because I'm rather anal about aesthetics and it just doesn't look good ) however now I'm stuck as to which one to get. Can somebody recommend a nice, quiet, reliable external filter suitable for 96 litres.

I can highly recommend Eheims, I think the smallest in the Classic range will suit you?

you could go with the eheim classic 2215plus that would be my choice for that size tank though there are some much cheaper filters on ebay if you want to save some cash heres a few links to look at

you can pick these up from time to time on ebay for £80 brand new saw 1 sell only a few days ago from what ive heard from other members on here the filters from all pond solutions are very good

Yeah, I heard the same about Ecco from a few other sources..

cant go wrong with the eheim classic range just make sure you get the plus model maintenance is much easier than the standard classic's
