I will be connecting about 3 - 4 air acessories to my tank, mainly for decoration, not sure on size
I am considering buying one that is powerfull for what i would like to do.

Which one of these is best to use

3 in 1 Air Pump Filter 800L/H
I will only be useing it as an air pump not for filtering, could i do this.

4-Way 600Litre/Hour Air Pump
Will this one easily power 4 airstones

Why i say easily is because i am useing an almost new 2 way air pump, and by connecting two air stones, it doen't seem to have air to run them both, they just trickle out, so i fitted a stopper on one of them and it powes one airstone luvly but not two.

The tank is a Aqua Art 60L
Measurements

Length 57cm
Width 30cm
Height 35cm

In my opinion you seem to be going a bit over the top with the aeration. 800L/H in a 60L tank seems like an awful lot of air! Are you sure your fish will appreciate that much air?

The size of the pump needed depends on the size of the airstone you want to feed. But generally (say for a 3-4 inch stone) I would say you want 1L/H for every litre in your tank. This would mean 60L/H. And if you really want 4 airstones, then that's 240L/H, so yes those pumps should do the job easily.

What is the rating of the pump you are using and you say is inadequate for 2 airstones?

Be warned that you'll have a very noisy tank. Not just the buzz from the pump itself, but all those bubbles will make some noise.

Im using a 80-150l (tetratec) and its running 3 small backup spongefilters (3 seperate tanks) and a brineshrimp hatcher.

Hi
I am going over the top, i do agree, the fish come first, but i buy for the future.

The tank is 2ft and i will be fitting taps so i can control the air flow to each stone or ornament.

The flow rate on the one i have is 250

I'm surprised the 250 won't power a couple of airstones. Are you sure it's working properly? No leaks or kinks in the tubing?

By all means by an overpowered pump and use taps to moderate the flow. The only reason not to is really that it will cost you a lot more, but if you can afford it then no worries. Don't forget the safety valves too!
