Which 29 Gallon

Hi everyone i have a 10 gallon tank and im now ready to upgrade to a 29 gallon tank,

I have 2 options here i have the petco tank which is
L x W x H
30 12 18

and a privet owner
24x17x12

the privet owner one is much wider but the petco one is more longer and narrower and i cant seem to decide wich is best, could u help me out

i want to have a nice planted tank with about 15 mollies due to the new baby's im taking of and leaving the 10 gallon tank for breeding or something else

longer is better IMO

longer and wider is usually better because it gives you a bigger surface area. However if you want plants then it looks better if the tank has some height. A 12inch high tank doesn't look that good with plants simply because most plants grow taller than that.
I would probably go for the petco one that is 30x12x18 or better still try and find a tank that is 30x18x18.
