Where To Put Mature Media..

[Declan]

Hi,

Well as the name says where do I put the media? Would it have to be in the filter meaning I would have to cut it down to size, or could I just leave it on the bottom of the tank?

Thanks, D.

Needs to go in the filter mate

Yeah it should go in the filter. But I have just tossed some in the tank and had good results.

It will need flow. In theory you should be alirght putting around either the filter inlet or outlet, though in the filter is ideal.
