Where To Get A Beautiful Betta In Manchester?

Hi Guys,

I have looked around for a Betta at the LFS but see lots of fish that looks damaged, perhaps with fin rot etc.

If this is just because the Betta is in the LFS, or should I be looking for a really healthy looking Betta?

Also, does anyone in the Manchester / North West area know of a good LFS that has good stock of Bettas?

According to a member (MewMew iirc) who posted in my thread last week, your local Maidenhead Aquatics has a red halfmoon and an orange plakat on sale. Whether they're still there is another matter. Give them a ring maybe?

I know the Maidenhead Aquatics in Bold Heath has PKs in, but only had a couple left when I visited last week. They have some HM, CT and various VT and DD coming in on Tuesday though... Failing that AquaLife in Chorley has some nice VTs if you're desperate enough to drive that far
