Most of the eBay sellers (Aquatic Magic, AAS etc) all ship to the US, you can't use fire extinguishers without an adaptor over there though as I believe your fire extinguishers and beverage gas bottles have female fittings on them, rather than the male ones required by most regulators sold for the hobby. You could try sourcing a female to male adaptor though.
