yes you can some sellers are even in the UK, also have you tried eBay

Don't think there are any dragonscales or big ears, but this site has a couple that are pretty cheap, not sure how much delivery is though http/specialbetta.webs.com/forsale.htm

Next to the listing name on Aquabid it tells you if they ship internationally or not. If it has a little globe, they ship internationally, if it has a US flag...then you can guess.

All online bettas are relatively expensive as they include shipping costs, but as mentioned, how is anybody meant to guess what you mean by "expensive"?

ok ok keep ur hair on i didnt see it what i mean for expensive it the fish costing about £15 for the fish then £8 + for the shipping
