Where Do You Get A License

ive been looking at licenses to sell from a retail outlet (tropical fish) ive seen the general listing of allowed species and the listing for banned species and the two types of licenses needed for each but it doesnt say where to go to, to apply for this license........does anyone know?

Have you tried the Citizens Advice Bureau? They're usually really helpful and will be able to find out for you.
