Where Can I Get An Inexpensive Sponge Filter From?

I just want to try one out for a possible breeding tank (before breeding fish go in) and I know you can get cheap ones, but where do you buy yours from and do you recommend them?

Ive seen them on ebay but all the cheap ones come from Hong Kong and I know it will take ages to arrive.
