where can I buy

I have scoured the net and I can't find a site that will sell any less than 50 mosquito fish. I want like 3. Where should I go?

I'd check all of your LFS's. Try the phone book and go down the list. Maybe one of them carries them and can sell you a few.

I've looked in any I would think of buying from within an hour of here. No luck. Anybody know anything about liveaquaria.com (sorry mods) They have them but i don't see a way to specify sex.

If you ask your lfs nicely they should be able to specifically order some for you if they have a good fish supplier- it may cost a bit more but thats one way i suppose you could get them.

Yeah, I'd ask the lfs. Besides, if they get, like, 50 in, they can hopefully sell them on for quite a bit, and I think they're easy to breed as well. So once you get a pair you can sell the fry on.

have you checked your local creeks, there pretty common the world over. We caught over 80 in 2hrs at a creek near me in the middle of a pretty big city!
