Hi
We have been adding fish slowly over the past 8 days and now have 9 fish in our 96l tank.
4 Danio's, 2 black mollies and 3 guppies.

Our water results have been stable since the first fish added , Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 10-20ppm, pH8. we have been testing daily.
Our local fish shop did a test for us a few days before we added our first fish and this also showed only nitrate in the water.

When we started cycling we added 2 bactozym tablets and the water became cloudy and cleared slowly over 3 days. Unfortunatley we didnt have a test kit at this stage so were unable to test the water.

Our tank is second hand and the previous owners emptied it in the morning and we refilled in the afternoon. The filters were rinsed but the heater and pump were kept moist during transit.

The fish and plants look to be doing very well. Should we now start to do water changes?

Thanks for your help and advice
Kath

yup, just about 25% once a week as long as your readings remain pretty stable.
