Hi,

I have recently brought a female guppy which is pregnant about 4 days ago now, and she is getting bigger by the day she has a big dark gravid spot at the back... and wobbling more than swimming lol

How can i tell when she i near to dropping the fry???

she is swimming but today she is slightly tired i think, also keeps rubbing her belly now and then on things... shes healthy and no parasites so could she be dropping soon???

i'd say not yet

she is big, but the spot isnt that big or dark

when she is ready she will go and hide somewhere, like at the back / in plants / corners etc

The picture isnt a brill one, u can see the spot really clear and big... she has been hiding not alot but in and out of the plants!!!

she is huge, about 2/3 times bigger than my other female who nisnt pregnant
