She will get quite swollen.....you ought to be able to see a few eyes through her tummy.....just a day or two then!

They always give birth when you least expect it! Be patient and you will soon have babies

From the pic it seems fry will be on the way in a weekish. I could be wrong. Usually the female will hide near the heater or stay away from the rest of the fish if she is near her pregnancy. Her Gravid spot (dark spot near the end of the fish), will become very dark and large, it also may be dark and small depending on the size of the brood, also look for a small bulge or bump near the front of her tummy and check her size before feeding, if she is large and sqaurish no doubt fry are on the way. Make suer to have floating plants in the tank so the fry may hide, do not move her or this will cause her to abort pregnancy, the time to do that was wayyyy earlier,

Since that photo it could take 1 week to 3 weeks for her to drop!
Put the temp up to encourage her to give birth!

it's not about how dark the gravid spot is, it's about how big she gets, how she behaves, and if her tube shows open near her bumb. read the stickies.
