I just started my new 29 gal but yes i know i can't add real plants in there yet because theres no bacteria.. So when would be a good time to get some... like a month or 3 before add real plants after having fish in there? .. I have never had real plants in my tank before and for this tank i am gonna get some in this one...

In a planted aquarium, the aquarium is set up to the needs of the plants, and should have sufficient lighting and a good substrate with nutrients right off the start. Such an aquarium, without plants, will quickly become an algae farm, as it is the plants that out-compete algae for lighting and nutrients. Thus, plants should be a part of the initial set up, in a tank that is designed for them. Plants should not just be tossed in a tank as "decorations." Do some research on the planting process and tank set up. Plants ar not as sensitive to the spikes and fluctuations of cycling that are fatal to fish. Still, if you've been running the filter for a while, it can only benefit the plants. Just make sure that the tank is ready for the plants when you do start your tank.
