When I Increased Co2, Most Plants Have Grown, But Foxtail Is Not So Go

I will take some pics this weekend before removing it. Before increasing co2 it had grown about 4-5". After co2, i am slowly just taking it out of the tank as it refuses to turn back green and grow. Other plants are taking VERY well to co2, just this one is crashing.
