when doing a fishless cycle

My Nitrites are around .50 ppm
My Nitrate is 10ppm

At what point "if this can be answered" will it be strong enough to take out all the ammonia?

What I am getting at is how much higher will the Nitrites go "ppm" till I see the Ammonia really loosing ground even with 1/2 the ammount I keep putting in?

nitrite will go way up, off the charts. and it is the longest part of the cycle. and IME most of the time the ammonia and nitrite both will be spiked for a while then suddenly gone.
