When Do Males Develop?

guppies 3-5 weeks
Platies 4-5 weeks
Mollies 4-6 weeks
Swords 4-8 weeks

But these all depend on the temperature, how well you feed you fish, and if you do regular water changes.
Also if you have plenty of males of a species then you can suppress young males and they may not devlop for up to a year in mollies and swords.

The gonopodium develops after 1 month onwards on guppies, mollies, platys, swordatils, endlers.

Colour varies from 6-15 weeks.

While the odd fish may devlop a gonopodium early, this is not the norm.
