how long does it take for guppy fry to get old enough to breed?because i have alot of baby, young, adult, all kinds of guppys of some sort and i was just wondering how long it would take?

as soon as you can sex them, about 3 months under good conditions.

well i could sex mine at about 5 weeks, and they were breeding at the age of 6 weeks, i was just wondering if that was normal?

Yes it is normal-though with a small female you wont get a huge return of fry. I hope you have lots of room or some hungry angelfish to get rid of them for you....

No they are all born female and some will change some won't

There are also factors when sexing, if there is one dominant male it may take longer for others to sex

Apparently it can make the females life considerably smaller if she gives birth before 3 months old.

really i didnt know that maby i should seperate the males and the females

Yep it's always a good idea to separate male and female livebearers ASAP to prevent the females being knocked up to early. The females can end up stunted and have smaller batches because of that. Also if the female has too many batches in succession without a break in between pregnancies, it can weaken her and shorten her life.
