when can I, the newbie start to post in a topic

as a newbie is there a limit, to add to a post? meaning, i have signed on and logged in, and wanted to add my pinion or discussion, and I get you are not able to post, is there a rquirement. or xx amount of days that allow you to post.

I wanted to add, some info in the hardest fish to keep alive, the ram, rose bar, , and also tell the person guppies are a 2 year life cycle fish, and by the time you purchase a pair or two, they only live a season, that they are better to get sword tail or marlins, thANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR OPINIONS FISH
