When Can I Add More Fish +how Doyou Clean Sand?

HI,

Iv just set up a 126L/27G tank after 2 weeks iv added .......

2 x Rummynose Tetra
2 x Red Sailfin Plec
2 x Neon Dwarf Gourami

How long do you think i should i leave it before i add more fish?

Also they poo lots and its lying on top of the sand

whats the best way to clean sand?

Iv got an Interpet kit which tests Ammonia Nitrite Nitrate and pH

This honestly depends on how you cycled your tank.

If you did a cycle with fish it's a good idea to slowly add fish, letting your beneficial bateria catch up with the new amounts of waste.

If you did a fishless cycle and your amonia rates dropped form 4-5ppm to 0ppm within a day you should be alright stocking your tank with more fish off the bat.

Could you please elaborate on "clean up crew fish" that would remove waste. I have a 55gl mbuna tank and when I add sand I know I will be running into the same issue.
