When will my guppy fry be old enough to release back into tank with the adult fish?
At the moment they are almost five weeks old and have been living happily in a fry holder thing in the tank. i have five adult guppies, 2 panda corys and 1 bristlenose plec in the tank, when will it be safe for them?

Thanks, Phia.

They will be fine after about 2 weeks of age if you only have guppies.
I rear all mine with the parents, as if their well feed they will not eat their own fry (well perhaps the odd one or 2).

Cory's will not eat them, but i have seen bristlenose pleco's actively hunting and catching fry. But again this is only an odd 1 or 2 in years.

dont guppey fry grow really rapid as mine are just coming up to 2 weeks old and they are aready out and about in the tank

mine are about 2 weeks and there in my tank fine and healthy

i never seperate guppy fry from parents, they never seem to eat much of their young like platys/mollys do.
