When, how much, how often and how exactly would you dose TNC Complete in a 180litre tank?

They say 1ml for 10litres, so thats 18ml. But how would you dose it into the tank, before lights come on, after lights come on? In one place or near the flow? etc

Any place, any time, any where.
If you want to get deeper with it you could dose ~2.5ml every day...
If you're on CO₂ you could dose ~8ml per day with a 50% water change every week to put you at E.I. levels....
It's up to you. No rules really.
