Catfish. Covers a fair few but more specifically the synodontis types.
Love lots of others too I might add but the catfish are my faves.

I like catfishes and tetras most they're all really cool but platies are lovely fish too. There are so many it's really hard to decide!

Fave fish of all time, hands down no compertition, Great white shark Carcharodon carcharias. You gotta love a fish that evolution hasn't changed in the last 6 million years, one that averages 16ft and has 3000+ razor sharp teeth. A fish that can smell 1 drop of blood from 25miles away.

Fave fish that can be kept in the home aquarium, currently, Panther danio Danio pantheri sp.

Among the fish I've kept, so far my favorites are my dwarf puffers and bettas -- they're always the ones who greet me at the side of the tank, and follow me as I walk by. Kind of like underwater puppies.

Bettas, then khulis. They're pretty much the only types of fish I've kept that haven't died (OK, the only other types I've kept are guppies, tetras and corys, but they all died of various lfs linked diseases). That I haven't kept, birchirs, giant gouramis, biiig catfish such as giraffe cats, RTCs, etc, rarer L numbers (such as the zombie pleco) and a lot of other oddballs (like ABFs).
