What's Wrong With My Molly?

My Silver Molly Has Been Acting Strangely For The Past 2 Days. It Started When I Got Back From School On Friday. She Was Lying Down On The Gravel Not Really Moving, And She Looked Darker Than Usual. Her Top Fins Were Sort Of Clamped Together Close To Her Body. Her Gills Seemed To Be Moving/Working Normally, And She Would Move Every So Often. On Saturday, She Was Still Like That When I Woke Up, And Would Kind Of Scratch Herself Against The Gravel, Like She Was Itchy. I Still Don't Know Whats Wrong With Her. Her Colour Is Getting Lighter Than On Friday. Evey Time Another Fish Goes Near Her, She Swims Away To Behind One Of My Plants. It's Always The Same Plant. I Haven't Changed Anything In The Tank, And Still Feed Them Every Other Day. When I Put The Food In, She Swims Up, Eats, And Then Swims Back Down.
Please Help Me, I Want To Know Whats Wrong With Her, And What I Can Do To Help.
I've Asked My Dad To Help me Pay For A Smaller Tank, For Quarantine And To Look After Ill Fish. We Haven't Got One Yet, As We Are Still Looking For One.
Will It Be Worth Paying For It?
Thank You Again, Any Reply Would Be Helpful

Can you see any patches on her or spots etc? Are her gills red or inflamed?

The scratching, or flashing suggests some sort of parasite :(

Thanks For The Help!
I Have Looked As Close As I Can, But I Really Can't See Anything On Her...
She Looks The Same As The Others Right Now, Just Acting Differently!
I Don't Know What To Do....
My Dad Said He Would Order The Quarantine Tank This Evening, When He Has Some Free Time.
Its A 42 Litre Quarantine Tank, Which I Think Is Large Enough.
When It Arrives, I Will Float Some Of The Filter Media In The Main Tank Water, Add Some Gravel To The New Tank, And Put In Old Tank Water To Jump Start The Cycling Process For Her. After DOing All This, How Long After Will I Be Able To Transfer Her?
Thanks Again!!

Best thing to do is put the filter media into the new filter to get the process going quicker. But, if its just the one fish regular water changes should also help. Its not a permanent home so as long as you keep on top of it it should be ok (think betta's without filters).

True...
But About Those Betta's..... Isn't It Bad For Them To Stay In Those Conditions?? I Understand That They CAN'T Be In The Same Tanks, But I Mean, It Doesn't Seem Quite Fair That They're Stuck In Those Little Boxes...
