What's Wrong With My Co2?

So I got an air stone, and it's only making smaller co2 bubbles! I thought it was suppose to send bubbles through out the tank, but they are just floating up . But I bought plant feed, so it's not as much as a problem anymore. It's FloraPride "promotes lush, leafy plant growth".

Put the air stone under your filter outlet. So it pushes the bubbles around the tank. you will get more efficient diffusion that way.

Bubbles go up naturally however you put them in the tank - putting the stone below a filter outlet will help them be pushed around.
