Whats with My Water

So I changed the water on Coppers Pico Last night, This morning It looked Like this.

N.B, the water here is very different in Taste to the Water @ My Mum and Dads house 5-10 Away.

Lovely looking betta, what was the water quality like before the change, as bad water quality can take a week to show on the fish with ammonia burns and such, do you over dose with declorinator.

It was a Little Like that but not as bad.
When I set the Pico when Copper Arrived, I added another Fighter to Cycle it.
There was a Film over the entire surface of the Tank.
I'll Check with Severn Rent in the Morning, their Offices are Nearby.
I add a little bit of Conditioner as too much makes the water look Blue/Green.

I might try another Conditioner

I went to the LFS @ lunch.
Found out what the Problem is, Its the Pipes So I am Told. Residual Metals in the Water pipes reacting with Chems. Should take no more than a Few Months To Clear.
A Few people from the estate have been in already and asked what they can Do.
Easy balance seems to be working for the other People - So will give that a Go.
