Whats up with this guy?

Hi this chap has got a swollen right eye. Nothing else seems to be wrong with him. Anyone know what it could be. Take a look at the pics. Oh, he is a Molly.
This tank has been running for some time now, nearly two years.

Look like pop eye to me, not realy had to deal with it much, so can't realy help much on treatment ect.

Yep, popeye it is. I'd get a commercially available cure, probably 'Interpret'. Maybe isolating him would be good too.

Cheers for that. What do you think could be the cause of it. The chem balance is ok, Nitrite not as low as I would like.

NitrIte should be 0 at all times. As for causes, most diseases are caused by stress or poor water quality.
