hey
my plants seem to be growing a long the bottom instead of towards the light whats going on ?

its gone from this http://i.imgur.com/bKBfD.jpg

to this http://i.imgur.com/6LR0I.jpg http://i.imgur.com/C1RVA.jpg

and this is my spray bar and my little filter to make a nic flow in my tank but the plants seeem to b growing towards the flow and along the bottom ? http://i.imgur.com/002qR.jpg
and i have got co2 runing into my tank to help them grow they was growing really good and have had some off cuts off them.

Plants usualy bolt to the top when they do not receive enough co2. As yours are spreading along the bottom I would consider that as a good sign, as they are spreading and growing rather than growing straggly to the surface. :good:

oh i see lol thanks for that its made me feel a lot better i was being to worry about them :good:

Really??

I have never seen Cabomba do this TBH, is the flow to much for them?

Sorry I misunderstood. I thought you ment that they were growing accross the bottom, as in spreading. Yes I believe the flow is probably causing the cabomba to lean to the side. i should have looked at the picture's.

The way my plants are going they don't seem to be pushing them around they are growing towards the flow not a way my tank flow is going towards the right and the plants are going towards the left ???

if the flow is hitting the glass and going back on the plants they will stii do this. I suggest you push them further into the substrate, as cabomba is a frail plant as it is.

i have thats what i have done they want go anymore in to the substrate but what i was think is because they are so long i might trim them down a bit ?
