Whats This Growing On My Fern

this something-or-other has been growing on my java fern, its growing where the air bubbles hit the fern ... any ideas what it is, and wether i should rid of it?

that my friend is the begging of a baby java fern.

thats how they propogate soon you`ll see a whole tiny plant on the edge of the leaf and it`ll float off, then just scoop it out of the water and plant it sme where else.

this is one weird plant
