Both pics worked for me, looks like diatoms? I would remove infected leaves and add more fast growers to the tank. Probably more knowledgeable people around here with more info that I have . :D
 
diatoms are caused by lack of light and are often seen in new tanks.
it is not nessicary to remove affected leaves, just rub them with your fingers to remove the diatoms.

to cure the problem increase the light level, either add more light or have the existing light on for longer.
 
ahh cool!

its reet hairy brown crappy stuff, its only growing on those tall ones... (looks like water cress or summat)

might get rid of them cos it doesnt look like they are ever going to take root and they are dying from the bottom up!

i like the lilly i have. might put a heap of those in!

ahh cool! its light is on about 14-15 hours a day... and its right next to a window so it gets natural light too.

still might take those tall plants out cos they are looking a bit pooey.
