The rest I just call "boys and girls" collectively.

Rabbit is called Bit (Rab - bit - Rab unfortunately died when she was spayed so Bit's name makes little sense now!).

We may have some issues with our neon tetras.

Have decided their collective name will be Mike.

Slight story behind it;

Back home down south, I found a baby starling in the garden. He was so cute I said "aaaw mum lets name him Mike!"

The next day, I saw him again and was like "aaaaw! Hi Mike"

Later on in the day my mum called me into the kitchen.

"Look." she said, pointing out the window "LOTS of Mike's!"

I felt so stupid because I thought that baby starling was individual. Being Springtime it really wasn't the case, and the garden was full of about 50 baby starlings. So the baby starlings got a generic name. You could never tell them apart seeing as they all looked the same.

So our neons, who you probably wouldnt be able to tell apart, will be generically called Mike.

also calling one of our fish Jonty after one of the experts on "Cash in the Attic"

The Mike thing is quite funny.

We always called those big brown hairy house spiders Charlie. I'd go running downstairs and say "Dad there's a charlie in my bedroom" and he'd save me from it. Now we call all big spiders Charlie!
