whats the little particles floating around in the water?

hi everyone i looked in my fish tank and seen these little particle things floating around the filter where the filtered water comes out and they werent there the past couple of days i dobt know what this is and im getting my fish on monday is this good or bad as this is the first time ive had fish thanks
