Whats The Best Trace Elements To Use With Ei

I read alot about trace elements and simply wonder what these are, is it just normal plant food, or Seachem stuff or ?

They're the nutrients that you only need a little bit of (in comparison to Nitrates etc) so Iron, Magnesium etc.

Tropica Plant Nutrition is a good liquid source or you can buy them as a dry fertiliser from AE (trace mix) and make your own.
