Whats The Best Depth Of Sand In A Planted Tank

I use sliver sand as my substrate and I like to know what depth is recommended

At present I have about 2"

With that amount of crypts, etc. I think you're perfectly fine.

I see you've got loaches etc, they'll probably move it about a bit.
