What's My Hygrophila Pinnatifida Telling Me?

Hi
what do i need to change?
16 Gal / 60L tank, 30W T8 for 7½ hours
5 ml TPN+, 2ml Easycarbo
The Staurogyne repens has also melted spectaculary, though the stems are still green & new leaves are forming.
The Pinnatifida has been in for about 6 weeks, Stau about 2
They both sway in the flow

both are grown emersed, both do melt when submerged. I would trim the tops off and re-plant with both plants. Keep things the same at present.
