We are really worried by this new development in our tank.we have bala sharks, neon tetras and a guppy left(our fish population has decreased dramatically after high ammonia.) We had a white gourami. A few days ago my brother found the skin of one of our tetras!!!! There was no bone just skin!! I thoght it might just be a one time thing but today i found what was left of my white gourami! Bala sharks are our biggest fish at the moment so could it be them? Please help, i don't want any dangerous fish in my new tank!!

Bala Sharks usually are good community and peaceful fish.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Can you post readings in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

If you have a high ammonia reading that would soon kill fish off.

Yeah i think thats what killed him. the guy in the pet store said animals will eat dead fish in nature. Thx

You need to remove dead fish from a tank straight away. As it can cause bad water quality, and desease if the fish peck at the dead body.
