Whats Fin Nipping

my angels are in the tank with
6xsmall blockhead cihlids which are very timid when you go near them
and 5xzoogenticus tequila
which one of these 2 has been doing severe fin nipping to my angels?

Hold on; you've got African Cichlids mixed in with South American ones?

How did you manage that? My first suggestion would be to keep an eye on the Blockhead Cichlids; cichlids in general can be bullying buggers - thats all the advice I've been getting from the forum (considering buying Blue Acaras you see).

hi ive known people kept with angels before as they are usually peacefull unless breeding etc.
also forgot to mention the ones i have are only young between 1-2.5inches.
im starting to think its the goodieds?
as there very active even at night were the blockheads are very skitterish and in caves etc most of the time
neither the blockheads or the goodieds have any nipping.
