Whats eating my plants ?

Hi,

My amazon swords are getting chomped to pieces yet i never see the fish doing this and i never see the snails on the leaves. Do the snails wait till im in bed and all rush out ??!

My fish are :

swordtails, platy, guppy, gourami, ancistrus, cory, gold barb

Swordtails, platty's, bristlenoses and barbs will all eat plants, especially soft leaved ones like Amazon swords.
