Whats Best To Feed Plants?

At present i use a Tetra CO2 pressurised can with one measure a day plus a does of Seachem Flourish twice weekly. Something tells me thats not enough though, maybe i'm wrong.

Its a 125l tank if that makes any difference with a mild planting.

Only you can tell if it is enough are not, if you're plants seem fine then it's enough. If they are showing signs of of any deficits though, you should be dosing more.

The Tetra Optimat system wont be making much of an impact on a 125litre tank.
If the tank only has t8s and is fully stocked with fish then you might only need Flourish every week or so.
Are the plants telling you that they need more (any deficiencies, any algae?)

The other method is the low-tech one, of course.. I add a couple of Sera root tabs every few months and that's it apart from water changes.
