Whats Attacking My Plants?

Can`t see if being my BN plecs as iv`e had the plants and plecs for a number of years and this has only happened in the last few months. Could it be some sort of bug? In the 2nd pic below i found brown lumps on the back of the leaf.

The brown things are the spores.

Feeding the plecos and everything? Could be just nutrient deficiency of some description.. been lax in water changes lately?

the leaf looks to healthy for it to be a deficiency. Looks like an aponogeton madagasca, not a java fern! (i know it's a java fern BTW, lol)

Rainbows, clown loaches and a red tail shark.

Yes everything is well fed and do weekly water changes.
