what would you put in a 80 g uk tank i think maybe clowns & some other fish but what do you think :)

Aequidens metae, or Jade Eye cichlids, or blue acara, or cichlasoma festivum... as you may tell, I am a cichlid fan.... these are generally kind of peaceful.

However I am also a loach fan! Clown are good, but dojo loaches are nice as well, and dwarf chains (in large number is a tank that size), and the pakistani loaches are gorgeous....

You could get some senegal bichirs, or rope fish (fantastic fish!).

And at least one nich schooling fish.... something not too small to avoid being eaten.

6x Rasbora elegans, 3x Danio devario, 3x Danio meghalayensis, 1x Devario devario, 5x Devario aequipinnatus 6x Botia almorhae, 2x Botia modesta 1x Botia hymenophysa, 4x Botia Angelicus, 4x Botia macracanthus, 5x Botia striata, 2x Schistura mahnerti, 3x Botia helodes, 1x Polypterus palmas palmas 2x Atyopsis gabonensis. 1x L200

well that is what I have in my 82 g tank

I have a little "rule" if you will, of aquarium needs to make it look it's best.
I believe that one schooling fish is needed, atleast one "big" fish (one that swims around normally mid way but eats of top and bottom), either one big or a few small bottom feeders (like catfish etc (corydoras for small or something like sonydontis *spelling mistake* for big), atleast one fish on the wall (or a tank about 80 gals would maybe need 2).

Or you could have one big schooling fish, like Angels, a shoal of angels is what I personnally have always wanted, but you would have to measure the height of your tank because they grow quite tall. Or discus. There are alot of fish to name but it's what works and what you like really :D
