i currently have a 55 gallon tank with these fish:

55 gallon tank

5 clown loach
1 plec
2 elegans cories
8 zebra danios
4 sparkling gouramis
4 angel fish (give 2 back when paired off)

i have a bad case of mts, so now i want another tank it will be a 55 gallon tank.

this is my problem..i dont get any rare cories around here so whenever i get the chance i should get some cories. all i see are: aeneus, pleatus, albino and panda.

i want some better cories for my new tank comming soon, i want it to have 34 medium sized cories.

my plans are:
6 Red Lined Torpedos
6 sterbai cories
6 3 lined NEED
6 Panda
6 pepered
2 Elegans
4 Adolfoi NEED
4 similis (sp..)NEED
1 Pleco (i love them too =)..)

but i will have to get them when i see them or else i dont know when they will come back.

what would you do if you were me?

i was thinking of ADDING THE CORIES TO MY 55 GALLON TANK so i dont have to buy another one..

so if i dont buy anotehr tank can i do this:

5 clown loach
1 pleco (will go away when too big..)
8 zebra danio (can get rid of)
4 sparkling gouramis
4 angels (2 going away)
2 elegans cory
4-6 3 lined cories or julii
4-6 similies
5 peppered cory
4-6 panda cory
4-6 adolfoi
as far as i know cories have very little effect to the bioload and i am trying to push the tank to it's MAXIMUM

Sounds like WAY too many bottom feeders...

some will not get food and fights may breakout.

One or two cories may not affect the bioload too much, but 20 of them will.

it sounds like a great idea go for it.
My tank is at its max i just got 2 albino cory and they love to play with my bristle nose pleco and my red tailed shark they are so freindly towards each other :D
