45 UK Gallon Tank

Surface area 40inches x 16inches

I really want 2 kribensis about 12 harlequin rasboras and a bristlenose catfish.

Would i be able to fit a school of fishies in with them aswell, say neon/cardinal tetras and one more medium sized fish (about 4 inches)?

If your tank is only newly cycled I would wait a while before introducing neon or cardinals as they are both quite fussy and prefer mature tanks
I always have a pearl gourami in all my tanks.Peaceful and hardy dont grow too big and will not be in trouble if the kribs start to breed.

will the kribs, harlequins, tetras catfish and the gourami be ok together then??

Yes
The only likely problem would be if the kribs decide to breed.They can turn quite aggressive like all cichlids.Last time I had a pair it was the Bolivian ram which got harassed the most because it was a bottom dweller like the kribs.The bristlenose seemed to fare a lot better as it wasnt out and about as much
The pearl is one of the most peaceful gourami and wont bother any of the other fish and will be fine with the neons/cardinals if you decide to add them
