My blue rams were never messy eaters. They would spit flakes out time from time but the neons would always scramble to suck it up. Ghost shrimp are really cute. You could get some of those.

there's no sense in crowding your fish in! unless you see a single something that you just *have* to have, you should just count yourself full.
conservatively speaking:
rams = 2 inches each
honeys = 3 inches each
otos = 2 inches each
in total you have about 18 inches of fish! you've got room for one or two fun things more, but then you'll be pushing it. i'd save that room for the impulse purchase you just can't live without...
on a side note: is that a pair or just two rams in the tank? if its a pair, then you have the absolute maximum amount of fish for when breeding season swings around. there's some really good advice in the New World Chiclids forum about these sorts of things.
