Copper is homozygous metalic steel blue (steel is recessive so steel to steel always breeds true and the metallic trait is partialy dominant so copper to copper always breeds true) and black copper is copper on a marble black base (ie black lace). When you cross these, the marble genes might mean you get an unpredictable mix of patterns - in your case that's likely to include lots of undesireable red in places - especialy ventrals - because the female looks to have some red wash. But other than that, you should get coppers. You might get some black coppers too - but this depends on the marble black and this is extremely unpredictable.
I should add, however, that your male looks very blue

Do you know what his parents were? If he isn't homozygous metallic and steel, the offspring could look quite different (you can expect some coppers, some steels/blues, some metallic steels/blues, maybe black coppers and maybe 'black orchids' and some marbles).
In terms of tail types, you'll get mainly plakats without the crowntail trait.
Obviously, without knowing what other hidden alleles the fish carry, you cannot make a completely accurate prediction though.
But anyway - they are both beautiful. I especialy love the female.
