Hi, We need more info to advise you.
How big is the tank?
How long has it been running?
Is the suckerfish a plec or a sucking loach?
Is the green catfish a cory, brochis or something with big whiskers?

the tank is 20 gallons and has been running for approximately a month.
the suckerfish is a plec and the catfish is a bronchis.

The tank is too small for a RTBS I'm afraid, as it really needs something twice it's size. I'm sure you know that they are prone to aggressision, keeping them in too small a space will make this far more likely.

Is there any other fish that will keep the RTBS from being aggressive? or should i think about purchasing a larger tank?

You need a larger tank anyway - the plec needs 75 gallons+ & the Brochis should be part of a group.
If you upgrade to a 90g you could, eventually, have a nice display with the RTBS, plec, 5 brochis & eight tiger barbs.

Thanks for the help.

I think il be going shopping fairly soon then as i want to keep these fish as they are doing well

Thanks again for the help, much appreciated.
