What Will Eat Brown Hair Algea

hi I have brown hair algae in my tank need either shrimp or fish to eat this can you tell me any good species

although thats not the most appropriate remedy for algae.. you'll find that ottos will eat the stuff.

Have you considered trying to find the cause of your algae and trying to prevent it?

Bristlenose Plecos and Otos and for large tanks, Siamese Algae Eaters

I agree with Carl... Siamese algae eaters. More efficient than otos too...

Ameca splendens (Butterfly Goodeid) would go bonkers for hair algae, but due to their fiesty nature, they would also harrass most tankmates!
