aquaclear 20 would be good if you want a hob filter
for internal i would go with the fluval 1 or 2

penguin 100b filter for another HOB option with less maintenance

pretty any store that sells aquarium will sell those
i can't tell you a specific store because i don't live at the same palce you

the aquaclear filter you could probably get for 15-20$
