Hi everyone,

I saw some lovely little tetras today in a fish shop and I'd like to research them before I go back and buy them. However, I can't seem to find them online! I thought the sign for the tank said "glowlight tetras", but in a couple of pictures I've seen online they look nothing like the fish in the shop. I'm wondering if the sign was incorrect, or maybe I just remembered it incorrectly. I've looked at several other pictures of tetras and I can't find the lovely little fish I saw in the shop! I thought I could try to describe them as best I could and see if anyone thinks they know which fish I'm talking about!
They were very small and thin. I'd guess their length was slightly under 1 inch. Their body shape was pretty similar to neon tetras I'd say. They were pale gold/yellow, very light. Quite see-through aswell. You could see the organs at the front of their bodies. I may be getting confused with another fish I saw, but I vaguely remember them having bright eyes, like pink/red. BUT, this could be wrong.
Does anyone have any idea what fish I'm talking about?
Thanks very much!

Ah, thanks. It doesn't look like those normal glowlight tetras, but it looks pretty similar to that albino glowlight. Thanks very much.

The glowlight tetras at the Pets at Home store i go to, have an orange streak down them and are similar size to neons, but some can be fatter. They do look cool i must say.
