Whay type of Sugar should I use for the best result and will the age of the yest effect my mixture?

ANy ol' sugar... the granual type... not icing sugar.

The newer the yeast is the more productive it will be.

use brown sugar its cheaper then the normal one ! well here its cheaper by around 20 percent
